Super excited for spring foods.
Purple asparagus, chive blossoms, green garlic...
Pretty lunch. (not cause it was food styled, just cause of the colors. and eating flowers is always pretty)

Made up a green goddess-esq dressing:
apple cider vinegar (2-3 ts?)
olive oil (2 tb?)
sour cream (2 tb?)
salt & pepper
minced white part of green garlic (1-2 tb?)
minced mint & parsley (2/3 to 1/3 mint to parsley)
