Market Cooking by David Tanis

I have long been a fan of David Tanis' elegant, authentic, and approachable style of cooking. I own all of his previous cookbooks and frequently consult them for inspiration. Working with him, in his home, and helping bring his newest book, Market Cooking, to life was a highlight of my career. I am so proud of how the book turned out. I think it's gorgeous, the food is all wonderful and delicious, David is an inspiring soul to be around, and Evan Sung takes such beautiful photos. If you are in the mood to do something nice for yourself, put on some lovely music, like jazz or bossanova, pour a glass of wine, doesn't need to be fancy, and cook from this book.
